What this policy covers

This policy describes how Frangiflutti handles information on frangiflutti.com and in business inquiries and support correspondence. It does not describe data collected within individual apps. Each app’s privacy notice will explain that app’s data practices and will be available with its product information.

Information we receive

When you contact us: we receive your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to share. If you email us directly, this may include attachments and the email’s technical details. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

When you visit: our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the website. The contact service also temporarily uses IP addresses to limit repeated submissions.

How we use information

We use inquiry and support information to respond to you, discuss requested services, investigate reported issues, and keep track of our correspondence. We use technical information to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information received through this website or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers and sharing

We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud to host and operate the website and its contact service, and Google Workspace to handle email. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Their processing may take place in countries other than where you live.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, our services, or our legal rights. Learn more about privacy and security in Firebase and Google Workspace security and privacy.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently has no optional cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics tools. Optional tracking is off by default. You can choose Necessary only in the privacy banner to decline optional cookies and similar tracking, or choose Allow optional. Neither choice activates any tracking on the current site.

We save your selection in your browser’s local storage solely to remember your privacy preference. The contact form does not save your message in local storage, session storage, or cookies. If browser storage is blocked or cleared, you may be asked to choose again.

You can change your preference at any time through in the footer. Necessary site functions remain available regardless of your selection. If we introduce new optional services or tracking purposes, we will update this notice and ask for a new choice before enabling them. Websites you visit through external links have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical records are retained according to our service providers’ settings and applicable requirements.

We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form or send us an email. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses.

To ask about your information or make a privacy request, email privacy@frangiflutti.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our website’s information practices change and revise the date above. For privacy questions, contact Frangiflutti at privacy@frangiflutti.com. For help with an app or service, visit Support.
