To help us understand the issue, please include:

• The app name and version.
• Your device model and operating system version.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• The steps that led to the issue and any error message.

You can attach a screenshot to your email if it helps. Remove personal information first, and never send passwords or payment card details.
